Seasonal Shift

I love that feeling right after you've just cried hard because you don't know what the fuck is going on but suddenly every song and saying is trying to make a world of sense.

Also 3 people today cared about me a lot and I want a group fucking hug right fucking now.

Since When?

Some things are so strangely timed. I swear the world was going to cave in if these things had gone on .2 seconds longer.

Good? Bad? Happy? Sad?

All I know is I've OD'd on ice cream and I wish I was at that free gig getting giddy over bronze boys who get more haircuts than I ever will

Last one was a hungover nap where I stood half naked on a balcony watching the sky explode purple and maroon while the man at next balcony asked me if I thought I was beautiful. Then I was riding waves like water running down a drain.

Closely followed by a maze, Bret Easton Ellis-esque scenarios and me being furious and being told my sister was in prison at a night bus stop where the junkies were everywhere.

Man I love this season!

It's That Time Again!

Mophead & Poppit

For Mophead:

I felt goosebumps tonight, for the longest time, from segments of singing that favourite bands have failed to draw out of me from a life time of listening.

I don't think I have ever, ever been more impressed by someone that I know. Like I said to Poppit, the Proud Mum inside of us is totally blooming for you Ms. Baby Blue.

And for Poppit:

You're my American Dream.

I haven't talked to anyone so honestly or for so long. You make me want to tuck you in my top pocket to remind me what is good and true and significant to me, and to go where I really truly want to be.

You're such a gem.

I'm so incredibly pissed that I only just discovered modelburnbook and now SHE'S STOPPING WRITING IT. I read 103 pages of blog in a weekend just so I wouldn't miss a thing and well, guess I'm missing more now. So unimpressed.
